How It Works

Our coaching framework follows a clear, proven pathway that brings clarity to your vision, aligns your leaders, and creates a healthy rhythm of planning and execution throughout the year. We begin by helping your team discern where you are now, then define the direction God is calling you, and translate that into focused priorities and actionable steps. Through consistent coaching and intentional touchpoints built into the year, we walk with your team to maintain alignment, evaluate progress, and ensure you continue moving forward with confidence.

Here's the progression:

Vision Accelerator

We’ll begin with a 1–2 day onsite Vision Accelerator—a Spirit-led, collaborative environment designed to surface what God is already stirring in your church. Together, we will prayerfully evaluate your current strengths and weaknesses, discern strategic priorities, and align your next steps with the mission and vision God has entrusted to your church.

Playbook Creation

Following the Vision Accelerator, we will develop a custom Vision Playbook that captures your strategic priorities, ministry objectives, and next steps. This Playbook becomes a practical roadmap—turning the insights from the Accelerator into an actionable, team-ready plan.

Weekly Coaching

Weekly coaching calls with the Lead Pastor provide ongoing alignment, support, and clarity. These conversations help refine priorities, address emerging challenges, and ensure the team is executing the plan with focus and confidence.

Mid-Year Onsite

A one-day mid-year onsite brings staff and key leaders together to review progress, make strategic adjustments, and ensure alignment across all ministry areas. This session also provides dedicated collaboration time for advancing mission-critical projects.

Year-End Assessment

A year-end assessment provides a clear picture of our wins, strengths, and opportunities for improvement. This review equips us with the insight needed to refine our strategy and set focused priorities for the year ahead.
